01 - COVID-19 and the elite athlete
Martin Schwellnus is a Sport and Exercise Medicine who combines research, teaching and clinical care in his work. Currently, he is a Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pretoria in South Africa, where he is the Director of the Institute of Sport, Exercise Medicine and Lifestyle Research. He is also the Director of a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence in South Africa, and the Director of the IOC Research Centre in South Africa.
02 - How to deal with the COVID-19 “infodemic”
Paul Dijkstra is the Director of Medical Education at Aspetar Hospital where he also works as a Specialist Sport and Exercise Medicine Physician. He has extensive experience in elite sport as the UK Athletics Chief Medical Officer to the Beijing and London Olympic Games and Head Quarters Doctor for Team England at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
03 - COVID-19 - The IOC perspective
Richard Budgett is the Medical and Scientific Director of the International Olympic Committee. He won an Olympic rowing gold medal in coxed four at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. He was chief medical officer at the London 2012 Summer Olympics.

Guus Reurink is a sports medicine physician and human movement scientist who has a post-doctoral research position at the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine department at the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC. He is also a sports medicine physician at the OLVG hospital and at the professional football club AFC Ajax.
